As your Plan Manager, PotentialMe provides independent NDIS plan management that prioritises your needs.
We handle the financial management of your NDIS plan by receiving and paying invoices for the support provided to you. Additionally, we provide monthly statements summarising the supports paid to date and tracking your remaining funds.
Plan management is funded through your NDIS plan with no out-of-pocket cost to you, and it does not reduce the funding available for other supports. The funding for plan management is allocated under the category ‘Improved Life Choices’ and typically includes a set-up fee and a monthly processing fee.

Plan Management Online Portal
Our NDIS participants receive regular statements and reports through our exclusive NDIS app, which also allows them to view and approve invoices and check their funding in real-time. Additionally, our PC Portal offers 'view-only' access to plan funding for participants, families, support staff, and providers.
